3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. The choice is entirely up to your personal preference and schedule. Many of our clients prefer to go to work, run errands, or enjoy their day while we handle the work so they can simply return to a beautifully spotless space.

If you choose to be away during your appointment, we just ask that you arrange a reliable way for our team to safely access your property. You can coordinate this with us during booking by choosing one of the following secure options:

Leaving a key under a secure mat or lockbox
Providing a digital garage door or smart-lock keypad entry code
Leaving a key with a front desk concierge or property manager

Rest assured, all of our experienced cleaning professionals are fully vetted, background-checked, and insured, giving you absolute peace of mind whether you are relaxing at home or out of the house.

4. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and top-tier equipment to every job. Our team arrives fully equipped with everything from vacuums and mops to specialized microfiber cloths and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
However, if you have specific specialty products or a preferred vacuum you would like us to use instead, just let us know ahead of time and we will gladly accommodate your request.
